"Senate Democrats on Wednesday voiced their opposition to a House amendment that would stop funding for the Federal Communications Commission's net neutrality rules.
Sen. John Kerry of Massachusetts joined with Sens. Ron Wyden of Oregon, Maria Cantwell of Washington, and Al Franken of Minnesota to write a letter to Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and Minority Leader Mitch McConnell that opposed using the appropriations process or the Congressional Review Act to keep the FCC from implementing its network neutrality rules."
