This special evening is our celebration of "freedom of expression" so bring a friend, your family, and a treat to share with your fellow members. Support, promote and participate!
Access Media Speech Challenge
This is your chance to speak to the importance of Access Humboldt in particular and community Media resources in general. Members are invited to make (up to) 2-minute speeches on what makes Access Humboldt and Public Access Media so great. Tell us how it helped you or benefited an organization you work or volunteer for. You can be serious, use humor, make it musical, say it by yourself or make it a group effort. Attendees will select the winner, who will receive a very cool secret prize. The speeches will be recorded and aired on the channels (with your consent, of course).

Potluck Dinner
Bring your favorite side-dish, salad, chips, spread, or dessert (some more specific ideas: crackers, chips & salsa, potato salad, sushi, steamed veggies, pizza. There a full kitchen at the venue so you can bring a pot to warm up your dish!

Yep, there's gonna be booze! ...and it'll be cheap too. Thanks to Lost Coast Brewery and some other private wine donors
ZERO WASTE
The venue is allowing us to use their plate, glasses, and cutlery and wash it in their dishwasher so we don't have to use plastic and crowd our landfills.
KIDS ZONE
There's a little lounge by the Ladies Room that will be dedicated to the kids. All ages are welcome - bring a toy or a book and let the kids have their own little kingdom.
